Hello ,

The Saturday 9 AM class will be cancelled this week so our staff can support SFL trainer Jon Goldstein and SFL clients Ana Beard and Christina Rose who are participating in the USAPL Pennsylvania State Powerlifting Competition.

 

 The competition will take place at Temple University starting at 9 AM. Join us if you can or watch the Live Stream at Pure Powerlifting.

 

The 8 AM class will be taught this week by Emma.

 

We wish Jon, Ana and Christina the best and are proud of the effort and training they have put in over the past year to prepare for this competition.
