Seriously people, stop crying and lets do this already. Whatever it takes to get started. Going for a walk, joining the gym, hiring a trainer or starting a fitness class you
always wanted to try, just get going.
The answer will always be no if you don’t ask, so if you never make that first step you will never move forward.
2. Own your flaws and failures
F it ! We all suck at something and have all messed up at some point doing whatever . SO WHAT ….No one cares if you don’t care. We are all in the same boat and all trying to better ourselves. Lets put that behind us and do our best. We need to learn how to laugh at ourselves, That's what I do!
3. Create new habits
To be able to make a change in your life you need to make some new habits and get rid of the old bullshit you did before.
4. Stop being scared and intimated. BE MORE CONFIDENT !
Look, don’t let yourself, or some other person, hold you back from the things you want in life. Think "GO GETTER!" Just close your eyes and dive in.
5.Trust your own instincts or just trust me
Listen, you know what is right and what isn’t .
