No time to workout?
Life can get in the way of things, but fitting in your workout shouldn’t be one of them. I hear all the time “I don’t have the time!” I know we are all busy with work and
kids, but feeling good in your own skin and being healthy shouldn’t be something you are too busy for. Whatever your goals may be- losing weight, getting stronger, or just all around fitness, you need to make time to get and stay healthy!
So, what can you do to find the time? Well, first, take your time and ease into it. Start slow, maybe one day a week, then 2 days, then add in more when you can. Think about what you do now that you could do less
of. For example, watching TV. Cut out some TV time and dedicate that time to workouts.
Listen, I do get it! Trust me, I have a full time job, a husband, and two kids. I try and keep up with cleaning the house and making dinner every night along with all of the other adult responsibilities. Not to mention, I try to keep somewhat of a social life! Now, am I super woman ??? Well, F yeah I am- and you can be, too!
I'm freaking tired all the time, but I’m not backing down from being a mom and wife, while feeling fit and strong at the same time. I know and believe how important being physically, and mentally, fit is and how much it contributes to the type of person I am; I am a better wife, mother, friend, etc when I take care of myself.
If you have time to sit and binge watch any shows then you have some time
for yourself to make your goals happen. It’s up to you. You have a choice sit and be caught up on your shows, or get up and move and start feeling more confident and better about yourself.
