"I have been a member of Strength for Life for the past three years. During this time, I have taken charge of my health. I have become stronger, improved my cardiovascular conditioning, managed food cravings, and achieved some amazing goals! Before joining SFL, I was poorly conditioned, lacked strength, had low self-esteem, had a weak core which caused low back pain, and had a poor diet. I recently bench pressed 105 lbs for
3 sets of 5 reps, and I participated in challenging hikes last year, one of which was in Colorado with high altitude conditions. Thank you to the SFL team for always challenging and supporting me! I'm looking forward to the milestones I will achieve in 2017!"
