Are you facing roadblocks in your life that prevent you from appreciating who you are and where you are right now? Our six week program, Strength for Women, Strength for Life, is a step by step process in which we will explore your personal barriers to change. Led by two wellness coaches, we will discuss topics such as fears and anxieties, negative experiences, self esteem and personal values. This program truly combines mind, body and spirit to help you reach your fullest potential!
