Have you ever been intimidated by the free weights section of the gym? Unsure of what to do with the barbells and dumbbells? Let your Strength for Life team teach you the basics! We take the intimidation factor out of weight training by starting from the very beginning. Would someone in your life benefit from building a stronger, healthier body?
