We had so much fun at our last Bring A Friend Boot Camp that we're bringing it back for round two this summer! Join the Strength for Life team for a fun hour long energy-packed workout. Bring friends, family, and neighbors and get ready to get sweaty. Class will be held at 9:30am July 16th in place of the regularly scheduled strength class.

Looking for a casual way to meet other people, learn more about different exercises, and enjoy a fun and light workout? Join our Meetup! Our group meets every other Monday evening. We tackle one exercise each session and talk in depth about body mechanics, safe exercise progression, and proper alignment. -Non-members and friends are more than welcome -Just $10 per class -Wear comfortable workout gear
