If you’re ready to finally make a commitment to yourself and keep your resolutions, you will succeed in this challenge.
With the guidance of the Strength for Life team, you will receive a consultation with a plan for success, support from SFL trainers and peers, and realistic and measurable goals to keep you on track.
The 10 week program includes:
  • Unlimited Classes per week
  • Daily Nutritional Log sheets
  • Counseling/Support sessions
  • Peer to Peer support
  • Seminars
  • Emails – Nutritional tips, educational articles
